Owner’s Representative on the design and construction of ±38,000 SF of interior fit-out in a 30 story high rise building located in downtown Orlando, Florida. This brand new interior construction included Architectural, MEP systems, IT and security systems, walls, doors, millwork, finishes and FF&E. Services include planning, design management, contract management, construction management, FF&E procurement, closeout/occupancy management, scheduling and estimating.

Project Manager on the design & construction of a new 7,250 square foot 2 story building that includes a 1st floor parking structure and a 2nd floor guest services and administration facility.

Program management team member responsible for developing the construction closeout procedures on a 2.8 million square feet multilevel meeting and exhibit space facility located on 207 acres. 

Project Manager on the design & construction of a new 2,000 square foot visitor welcome center including a 1 story building, parking, landscape, hardscape and signage. 

Project Manager on the design and construction of a new 12,000 SF office building and 4 acre campus including; 42 offices, conference and computer facilities, utilities, roads, parking areas, pond and pedestrian bridge.

Project Manager on a due diligence and condition assessment program.  Facilities generally include commercial, operations, resort, and parking structures. 

Project Manager on the design & construction of repairs to a 51,000 square foot 2 story 200 space parking structure including structural concrete, stairs, lighting systems, water intrusion, and site drainage corrections.
