Master Plan Cost & Schedule Estimating

Development of construction cost & schedule estimates for capital projects on a district-wide master planning program. The estimates were prepared at three levels that included the district level, learning community level and the individual campus level. These estimates included master schedules and cash flows for all levels, executive summaries, and integrated accounting from the district level down to each building asset on every campus. |
