Project Manager on the replacement of an existing water-front restaurant located in a major attraction.  This new 400 seat water-front restaurant venue includes approximately 7,500 SF indoor (full service) and 6,400 SF outdoor (walk-up) dining, indoor/outdoor bar & seating areas, outdoor courtyard with fountain, outdoor entertainment venue and renovations to an existing merchandise shop.

Project Manager on the design & renovation of a 350 seat 12,000 SF open-air Mexican style market is located at a major resort.  The project includes the renovation & replacement of existing food cooking/serving stations, additional POS & beverage service stations, a new bar & lounge, and a themed re-fresh of the guest tables and chairs.  

Project Manager on the design & renovation of a 718 seat 20,000 SF Irish pub style entertainment and merchandise venue located at a major attraction.  The projects includes the themed re-fresh of interior and exterior architectural finishes, building envelope corrections, renovation & replacement HVAC, plumbing systems and kitchen equipment.

Project Manager on the design & construction of a new 200 SF themed open-air F&B quick serve kiosk located in a major attraction.  The project includes utilities, site work, hardscape, landscape, kiosk construction, kitchen equipment procurement and installation, POS and beverage service stations.

Development Manager on a new hyper-themed 16,000 SF two story facility that will include indoor/outdoor full service fine dining, indoor/outdoor bar & seating areas, indoor entertainment venue, outdoor walk-up food and beverage service, and a merchandise shop. 

Project Manager on the expansion of a 1,300 square foot kitchen that serves a 250 seat full service restaurant in a major attraction.  This expansion includes the renovation and reconfiguration of the existing kitchen, coolers, back-bar, storage, office, dishwashing areas and a themed re-fresh of the guest tables and chairs.
