Development Manager on the construction of a new +300 room 11 story tower hotel and time share.  This development includes; site and road construction, new tower construction, public areas, back of house areas, food & beverage, pool and aquatic features, recreation areas and FF&E.  

Program Manager on a resort design & construction program in the Southeastern US.  Projects include; new resort construction, resort renovation, parking structure repair, new administration facilities, new guest services facilities and condition assessment surveys. 

Project Manager on the renovation of a +900 room 13 story multiple tower hotel.  This complete interior and exterior renovation includes; exterior building envelope upgrades, new window systems, interior demolition, replacement of MEP systems, new doors, interior room/corridor/elevator finishes, and FF&A.  

Project Manager on the renovation of a 76 room 72,000 square foot 4 story resort. This complete interior and exterior renovation includes; demolition, exterior building envelope renovation, new window & roof systems, new interior MEP systems, walls, doors, finishes, FF&A, hardscape, landscape and a new pool. 

Program Manager on the replacement of a +10 acre hotel campus related to a +900 room hotel. This comprehensive program includes the phased replacement of all guest amenities including new entry, security arrival, pools, spas, water features, themed children’s play areas, bridges, hardscape, landscape, garden and lawn areas, quick-serve and fine dining, bar, laundry, fitness, and retail. 

Project Manager on the renovation of a 17,000 square foot single story sales center.  This complete interior and exterior renovation includes; demolition, exterior building envelope renovation, new window & roof systems, new interior MEP systems, walls, doors, finishes, FF&A, hardscape, landscape and a new pool.  

Development Manager on the re-development of a historic city block located in downtown Tampa, Fl.  This ambitious proposed development included the design and construction of two residential building towers (24 story & 27 story) comprising approximately 400 units, the historical renovation of an existing 4 story building, a 6 level parking structure comprising approximately 1,200 spaces, and approximately 60,000 SF of retail space. 

Development Manager during the pre-construction phase of a new four star condominium resort that included two 15 floor residential towers comprising 236 units each, a reception and operations building of approximately 40,000 square feet, a 3 level parking structure comprising approximately 338 spaces, a single story laundry and maintenance building, a pool cabana and pool equipment buildings and various guest amenities including a pool, spas, lazy river and playground areas. 

Project Manager on the renovation of a 117 room 4 story hotel including lobby renovation, exterior building envelope corrections, new roof system, and various MEP system corrections. 

Project Manager on the installation of new exterior corridor wind screens & louvers, and elevator performance upgrades on a 122 unit 20 story resort tower. 

Project Manager on the renovation of a 1,200 square foot presidential suite and 2,500 sales center in the historic downtown district of Charleston, SC. 

Member of design management team for new hyper-themed resort including 1,300 rooms with views of animals roaming a wildlife reserve, a grand lobby, themed pools and water features, restaurants and merchandise venues. A design lessons-learned database tool was developed for use early in the resort design development process in an effort to minimize post-opening expenditures on newly constructed resorts.
