Transportation & Infrastructure Projects

Development Manager for the construction of a new federally funded surface transit facility for Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority.  The 36-acre site includes an administration building, maintenance building, maintenance garage, warehouse, parts room, record retention room, fuel facility for diesel, gas and CNG, and wash/detail facilities.  Total building area is approximately 187,000 SF and will accommodate 125 administrative personnel, 160 maintenance personnel, and 600 drivers.  The total transit vehicle parking area will accommodate 300 buses.

Program Manager for a transportation expansion program that includes;  master plan development, design, and construction of 15 different bus load zones and related support facilities.

Program management including; monorail trains renovation, monorail beam system maintenance, and marine vessel renovations.

Managed various infrastructure projects including; Utility construction/repair/replacement, construction and maintenance of roads and parking lots, storm-water management system construction, sewer lift station and piping construction, and clay mining/transport/stockpiling/test pads.
